Bathukamma is a vibrant and colorful festival celebrated predominantly by the women of Telangana, India, symbolizing the cultural spirit and rich traditions of the region. It starts on the day of Mahalaya Amavasya and culminates on Durgashtami, marking the end of Navratri.
